Five minutes with... Andy Akinwolere.

What made you go for Dancing On Ice?

I naturally went for Dancing On Ice because I love a challenge. I've never trained to dance or skate either, so this was a good opportunity to learn.

What prop would you liked to have used?

Not necessarily a prop, but I heard Duncan James got to fly. That would have been AMAZING.

What was your Dancing On Ice experience like?

My experience was short and sweet. Sadly I thought we left too early as I really enjoyed our routine. But we had fun. Going to miss Maria.

What was you most looking forward to about Dancing On Ice?

I was most looking forward to showing Louie what I had learn't. As he's a dancer I wanted to get pointers from him so I could get better.

What inspired you to do Dancing On Ice?

I saw Ray do it a while back and I thought to myself i'd love to give it ago. Strange we both had the same partner.

Five minutes with... Matthew Wolfenden.

What made you go for Dancing On Ice?

It was my fiancee Charley who gave me the push to do the show this year, I am going to try get her to do it next!

What prop would you use on the ice?

Mmmmmm..maybe be a chair, quite like the thought of been pushed around by Nina the whole routine!

What is your Dancing On Ice experience like so far?

It's been really tough for the last few months, juggling Emmerdale filming with the ice skating training. Having said that...I've never enjoyed something so much, It's such a great show to be involved with.

What are you looking forward to the most about Dancing On Ice?

I'm looking forward to improving week after week, as long as I stay in! I may have a few tricks up my sleeve for future weeks!

Five minutes with... Chesney Hawkes.

What was your Dancing On Ice experience like?

I loved every minute of it..well except from when I broke my leg. I threw myself 100%, never wanted to come off the ice, I was so lucky to have the best Dancing On Ice partner. Jodeyne is so encouraging, patient and definitely helped me.

What prop would you of liked to use on Dancing On Ice?

I would love to use Guitar, Stetson and Boxing gloves.

What made you want to do Dancing On Ice?

The challenge, when would I ever get the chance to skate with Jayne and Chris? I equate ice skating for Torvill and Dean to playing the guitar for Jimmy Hendrix.

What was you looking forward to on Dancing On Ice?

I was looking forward to the spandex and sequins, I had the make up girls on high 'minx' alert.

Who inspired you on Dancing On Ice?

Jodeyene was my inspiration...LOVE her!

Well the legend that is Chesney Hawkes broke his leg, so I came in as a reserve.

What prop would you use on the ice?

I will work with anything they give me.

What is your Dancing On Ice experience like so far?

You can't put into words, but it is a opportunity of a life time and I just want to do Chesney proud.

What are you looking forward to the most about Dancing On Ice?

I'm looking forward to spending time with my skating partner Jodeyne and my second family the DOI crew, they are all amazing people and I love them all!

Five minutes with... Jodeyne Higgins. (Dancing On Ice pro skater)

What made you want to be a pro skater?

Was really no other thing I wanted to do. I loved skating and preforming in front of people and getting top do the thing I love. Nothing else like it.

What is your favorite prop to use on the ice?

Not sure if you call it a prop or not but I love anything to do with flying.

What do you like the most about Dancing On Ice?

Getting to preform with Jayne and Chris and taking someone who has never skated through a life changing journey they will never forget.

What is your favorite theme week?

I don't have a favorite theme week. Each week is different and it is fun to get the chance to try out different personalities.

Who inspired you to be a pro skater?

There are so many people that have inspired me in my life, that I have had the chance to meet and work with. But for skating I always wanted to do pairs after being thrown in the air for the first time by Doug Ladret from Canada. Also watching G&G the greatest pairs team from Russia. Of all time skated together they will always be my favorite team.

Five minutes with... Chemmy Alcott.

What made you go for Dancing On Ice?

Was looking to make my rehab more sport specific. Along side that, it is also helping boost my profile and that of a sport I love, so that when I return I will be able to afford a world class programme to take me to the podium in Sochi Olympics 2014.

What prop would you use on Dancing On Ice?

Prop on the ice, it has to be a pair of skis doesn't it? (Chemmy is a skier)

What is your Dancing On Ice experience like so far?

DOI is so much tougher than I expected. Tougher physically, mentally, choreographically, everything. But most of all it is awesome fun and my partner Sean is amazing!

What are you looking forward to the most about Dancing On Ice?

I most look forward to proving to everyone that with will power and determination anything is possible. 6 months ago I couldn't even walk. (Chemmy was badly injured in a accident and was on crutches for a long time)

Who inspired you to do this series of Dancing On Ice?

Jayne and Chris of course. They inspired me when I was young and wanted to be a British winter athlete and they continue to inspire me everyday on Dancing On Ice.
